Many thanks to all those who came along to help today. Many hands make it possible.
Meadow Work Day 12/02/26
A very successful morning's work coppicing a hazel which had grown too big for its surroundings at the bottom of the Meadow. This particular tree is estimated at around 60 years old and has suffered from a lack of management over the years. The coppicing will promote health growth and stop the tree from spreading into the Meadow. Thanks to all those who gave up their morning to help.

Beating the Bounds 08/02/26
A 4 mile circular walk following the outermost perimeter of New Ash Green. Many thanks to all those who came on the walk and a special thanks to Martin and Carole Trowbridge for their local knowledge. I think it's fair to say that we all learned something new about our village and its surroundings. Good company and thankfully good weather too. See you again next year!

Wassail 10th January 2026!
